Cancellation Policy: We give a Full Refund if cancelled 30 days prior to party date. If you cancel within 2-29 days of your party date then you get a 1 year raincheck. You may cancel for weather related reasons up to 2 days before your event, BUT If we set up then you decide to cancel after set up, we will not refund your money! All cancellations within 2- same day of event, No refunds/no raincheck Parks/Outdoor Venues/ Parking Lots or any Non-Residential Locations Require a NON-Refundable 50% Deposit. Any order over $1,000 requires a Non-refundable 50% deposit. ***Minimum Delivery Order $149*** **After we show up to your event location and it needs to cancel for any reason then there is NO refund or discount whether we set up or not** $150 starting fee per unit if Crew is asked to move it once set up.
